The local governments should be putting more resources into this. They should be raising taxes, whatever they have to do to deal with people who are breaking the laws of this land. I can tell you this for a fact that they would come up with the money if they knew specifically it would go to house these individuals or to provide more of this service.

It is really angering a lot of people. I'm getting a lot of e-mails and a number of phone calls.

This morally irresponsible proposal would give pharmacists the power to potentially terminate a human life, a power that no single individual should have. There has to be adequate enforcement, unless we're letting the public think we're doing something when we're really not. I think they (Democrats) realize they have to do something about this issue and they're having a heck of a time figuring out how to do that.
